Bay version of the Easter Bun Recipe

This recipe is made with a touch of Guinness stout. |

Ingredients |
|
2 cup brown sugar |
|
4 tsps baking powder |
|
1 tbsp butter |
|
1 tsp cinnamon |
|
1 cup Guinness stout |
|
½ cup milk |
|
1 tsp nutmeg |
|
1 tsp lime juice |
|
1 egg |
|
¼ tsp salt |
|
3cups flour |
|
1 cup raisins |
|
preparation |

1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees for about 12 minutes. |

Beat egg and add sugar.
Melt the butter then add the milk. |
|
2.
Mix in with the stout and
the dry ingredients and beat until smooth then add the raisins. |
|
3.
Pour into a greased loaf
tin and bake for 1 hour. |
|
4.
Remove and allow to cool
then remove. |
