Jamaican Mango Crisp Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
5 cups ripe Jamaican mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1½  teaspoons Jamaican cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Jamaican nutmeg
1 tbsp. Jamaican lemon juice
¼ cup softened butter
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup flour
 
PREPARATION
1. Mix sliced Jamaican mangoes with 1 teaspoon of the Jamaican cinnamon, the Jamaican
nutmeg and Jamaican lemon juice. Place in a buttered glass baking dish and set aside.
2. Combine butter and brown sugar until well blended. Cut in flour and the remaining ½
teaspoon of Jamaican cinnamon. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the topping evenly over Jamaican
mango slices. 
3. Bake in a oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 350 degrees then serve warm or cold, with whipped
topping or ice cream.
