Mango Jam Recipe
A great
tasting recipe making a mango jam spread

Jamaican Mango Jam Recipe |

INGREDIENTS |

1 bottle liquid pectin |
|
2 tbsp. Jamaican lemon juice |
|
4 cups Jamaican mango puree |
|
7 ½ cups sugar |

|
PREPARATION |
|
1. Put Jamaican mango puree into saucepan. Add
sugar and Jamaican lemon juice and |
|
mix well. |
|
2. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 1
minute, stirring constantly. |
|
3. Remove from heat and stir in pectin, all at
once. Skim off any foam with a spoon. |
|
4. Place in jars and close tightly |
