INGREDIENTS |
|
1½ cups chopped ripe Jamaican mangoes |
|
¼ cup Jamaican orange juice |
|
1 tbsp. Jamaican lemon juice |
|
¼ cup confectioners' sugar |
|
A dash of salt |
|
1 cup whipping cream, whipped |
|
5 Jamaican mango slices for garnish |

PREPARATION |

1. Put chopped Jamaican mangoes, Jamaican orange
and Jamaican lemon juices, sugar, and |
|
salt in blender. |
|
2. Process until mixture is smooth. Fold Jamaican
mango puree mixture into the whipped |
|
cream and pour into individual serving
dishes. |
|
3. Garnish with sliced mangoes. |
