Jamaican Mango Sorbet Recipe II |

INGREDIENTS |
|
½ cup water |
|
¼ cup sugar |
|
2 cups Jamaican mango puree |
|
2 tbsp. Jamaican lemon juice |
|
|
|
PREPARATION |
|
1. Combine water and sugar in small saucepan.
Bring to boil, shaking pan gently |
|
until sugar is dissolved. |
|
2. Boil for 1 minute then transfer to medium bowl
and let cool completely. |
|
3. Add Jamaican mango puree and Jamaican lemon
juice and mix well. |
|
Force through a fine sieve. |
|
4. Freeze in ice cream maker or a large container. |
