Sundae recipe with a difference from Jamaica

Jamaican Mango Sundae Recipe |

INGREDIENTS |

2 ripe Jamaican mangos |
|
2 tbsp. Jamaican orange liquer |
|
2 tbsp. Jamaican orange marmalade |
|
4 scoops ice cream |
|
8 strawberries |
|
mint leaves |
|
1 cup Jamaican spring water |

|
PREPARATION |
|
1. Puree diced mangos with orange marmalade and
orange liquer. |
|
2. Strain if necessary. Add a little water if
sauce is too thick. |
|
To serve, spoon sauce over ice cream and
top with berries. |
|
3. Garnish with mint leaves. |
