INGREDIENTS |

4 cups Jamaican spring water |
|
8 cups Jamaican mango slices |
|
8 cups Jamaican papaya slices |
|
8 cups sugar |

PREPARATION |
|
1.
Cook
mango slices in 2 1/2 cup water until tender. |
|
2.
Cook
papaya slices in 1 1/2 cups water until soft. |
|
3.
Combine
mango & papaya with sugar and cook slowly until thick. |
|
4.
Pack in
hot sterilized jars and seal. |
