INGREDIENTS |

2 tbsp. Jamaican spring water |
|
3 cups Jamaican mango chunks |
|
1¾ cups sugar |
|
2 cups Jamaican peanuts |

|
PREPARATION |
|
1. Bring Jamaican mangos & water to boil in heavy
saucepan and add sugar. |
|
2. Let cook 10-15 minutes until thickened and has
smooth consistency. |
|
3. Add Jamaican peanuts and let cool. |
|
4. Serve over a Jamaican ice cream recipe as a
topping |
