A great Jamaican appetizer recipe using the Jamaican mango chutney recipe
with curried powder and cheese. |

INGREDIENTS |
|
6 oz. softened cream cheese |
|
1 cup shredded cheese |
|
2 tbsp. Jamaican sherry |
|
¾ tsp. Jamaican curry powder |
|
¼ tsp. salt |
|
Dash red hot pepper sauce |
|
½ cup finely chopped Jamaican mango |
|
3 Jamaican onions |

PREPARATION |

1. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, sherry, salt, Jamaican curry
powder and |
|
Jamaican hot pepper sauce. |
|
2. Spread in a disc on serving platter ½ inch thick. Allow room for the
cracker to go around |
|
the edge of the platter. Chill 2 hours. |
|
3. Sprinkle with Jamaican onion slices. Surround with crackers. |
