Beef in Mango Salsa Recipe

INGREDIENTS |
|
1 Jamaican green pepper, diced |
|
1 Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and diced |
|
1 Jamaican mango, diced |
|
1 tbsp. brown sugar |
|
1 tbsp. chili powder |
|
1 tbsp. oil |
|
½ cup chopped cilantro |
|
¼ cup Jamaican lime juice |
|
¼ cup sliced Jamaican apple |
|
¼ cup soy sauce |
|
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce |
|
2 cloves Jamaican garlic, crushed |
|
2 cups diced Jamaican tomatoes |
|
2 tbsp. oil |
|
4 Jamaican rib eye steaks (3/4" thick) |
|
4 tbsp. Jamaican lime juice |
|
6 green Jamaican onions, diced |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Mix Worcestershire, soy, Jamaican lime juice, oil, Jamaican garlic, chili
powder and brown sugar. |
|
2. Pour over Jamaican steaks and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes. Combine
Jamaican tomatoes, Jamaican mango, Jamaican green pepper, Jamaican onions
and Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper. Mix Jamaican lime juice, oil and
cilantro. |

3. Pour over salsa and stir. Sprinkle with sliced Jamaican apple. Remove
Jamaican steaks from marinade and grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.
Serve with salsa. |
