Jamaican Carrot Juice Recipe

Jamaican Carrot Juice 
A healthy Jamaican recipe
 
Ingredients
1 cup chopped beetroot
½ tbsp slice ginger
2½ cups carrots chopped
2 cups water
 
Preparation
1.      Combine all ingredients ion a blender and puree
2.      Strain the mixture and serve cold.
