Jamaican Coconut Shrimp and Chicken Recipe |

INGREDIENTS |
|
2 tbsp. cooking oil |
|
2 cloves Jamaican garlic, minced |
|
1 small Jamaican onion, sliced |
|
1 med. Jamaican tomato, sliced |
|
½ lb. raw shrimp |
|
½ cup shredded cooked Jamaican chicken |
|
2 cup shredded young Jamaican coconut |
|
1 cup sliced celery |
|
2 cup bean sprouts |
|
1 tbsp. soy sauce |
|
1 tsp. salt |
|
½ tsp. Jamaican black pepper |

PREPARATION |

1. Shell and de-vein shrimp and slice lengthwise. Heat oil; saute Jamaican
garlic until brown. Stir in Jamaican onion and Jamaican tomato. Next add
shrimp and chicken. |

2. Cook for 3 minutes. Add shredded Jamaican coconut and celery, cook for 2
minutes. |
|
3. Then add bean sprouts, broth, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot |
