Jamaican Crushed Plantain Cake Recipe
This is a popular Jamaican plantain recipe.
 
INGREDIENTS
2 or 3 ripe Jamaican plantains
1 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
Cooking Oil
 
PREPARATION
1. Mash the Jamaican plantains with a fork. Place them in a bowl.
2. Add the sugar and the baking powder.
3. Mix well, hand make small cakes of the Jamaican plantain mixture and fry them in oil.
