Jamaican Curried Coconut Shrimp Recipe |

INGREDIENTS |

2 pkg. Jamaican cream cheese, softened |
|
½ cup flaked Jamaican coconut |
|
¼ tsp. Jamaican curry powder |
|
2 cans shrimp, rinsed and drained and flaked |
|
2 tbsp. minced Jamaican onions |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Combine Jamaican coconut and Jamaican curry powder; mix well. Spread
mixture on a baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes stirring every
2 minutes. Cool and set aside. |

2. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well Shape into a ball, roll in
Jamaican coconut and chill 1 to 2 hours Serve with Jamaican crackers. Makes
1 5 inch cheese ball |
