Jamaican Ginger and Mango Dessert Recipe |

INGREDIENTS |
|
1 package Jamaican gingerbread cake & cookie mix |
|
1 tbsp. flour |
|
¼ cup hot water |
|
¼ tsp. Jamaican cinnamon |
|
2 cups Jamaican mangos, sliced |
|
2 cups whipping cream |
|
2 tbsp. butter, melted |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Grease a pan and mix gingerbread mix, hot
water, flour and butter until dough forms. |
|
2. Press into pan and bake at 375' for 10-13
minutes. |
|
3. Allow to cool 10 minutes then arrange Jamaican
mangos in single layer over crust. Beat whipping cream and Jamaican cinnamon
until soft peaks form. Spread over Jamaican mangos. |
|
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. |
