Jamaican Guava and Mango Chutney Recipe |

A peach of a recipe with Jamaican guava and Jamaican mango to make the
perfect mango chutney recipe. |

INGREDIENTS |
|
3 Jamaican guavas, peeled and chopped. |
|
3 large Jamaican mangoes chopped |
|
1 Jamaican green pepper, diced |
|
2 large Jamaican onions, chopped |
|
2 Jamaican garlic cloves diced |
|
½ Jamaican ginger root, peeled & chopped fine |
|
3 cups brown Jamaican sugar |
|
2 cups. Jamaican cider vinegar |
|
½ cup raisins |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large kettle and bring to a boil and
boil very slowly about 3 hours, stirring frequently and watching closely to
prevent burning. |
|
2. Put boiling hot into freshly sterilized hot jars, sealing with paraffin
if they are not canning jars |
