Jamaican Jerk Chicken in Mango Chutney Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked Jamaican jerked chicken diced
1 cup finely shredded Jamaican cabbage
1 Jamaican apple, thinly sliced
½ cup Jamaican mango chutney recipe I
½ tsp. sugar
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ tsp. dry mustard
 
PREPARATION
1. Mix Jamaican cabbage, yogurt, sugar and mustard. Heat Jamaican mango chutney and Jamaican jerk chicken over medium heat.
2. Lay Jamaican jerk chicken mixture on a plate and top with Jamaican apple slices. Spread Jamaican cabbage mixture over Jamaican jerk chicken.
