INGREDIENTS |
|
1 cup cooked Jamaican jerked chicken diced |
|
1 cup finely shredded Jamaican cabbage |
|
1 Jamaican apple, thinly sliced |
|
½ cup Jamaican mango chutney recipe I |
|
½ tsp. sugar |
|
¼ cup plain yogurt |
|
¼ tsp. dry mustard |

|
PREPARATION |
|
1. Mix Jamaican cabbage, yogurt, sugar and
mustard. Heat Jamaican mango chutney and Jamaican jerk chicken over medium
heat. |

2. Lay Jamaican jerk chicken mixture on a plate
and top with Jamaican apple slices. Spread Jamaican cabbage mixture over
Jamaican jerk chicken. |
