Ingredients |

3 to 4 pounds Jamaican mangoes |
|
1 pound Jamaican currants |
|
1 pound Jamaican raisins |
|
1 pound brown sugar |
|
3 pieces Jamaican ginger root |
|
2 cups Jamaican cider vinegar |
|
¼ ounce ground Jamaican cloves |
|
4 cloves Jamaican garlic |
|
One pinch salt |
|
3 Jamaican onions |
|
1 diced green Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Peel Jamaican mangoes, slice into large cooking pot |
|
2. Add other ingredients; cook to desired consistency. |
|
3. Place in a jar to cool. |
