Jamaican Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Honey |

Sweet potatoes are cooked and mashed with honey, brown sugar, butter, and
milk, then baked. |

2 cups warm mashed Jamaican sweet potatoes |
|
1/4 teaspoon salt |
|
1 tablespoon brown Jamaican sugar |
|
2 tablespoons Jamaican honey |
|
2 tablespoons butter |
|
1/2 cup milk |

|
PREPARATION: |
|
Blend Jamaican sweet potatoes, salt, brown sugar, Jamaican honey, butter,
and milk. |
|
Spoon into a buttered 1-quart casserole. |
|
Bake at 350°. |
|
