Jamaican Orange Liquor and Mango Sauce |

INGREDIENTS |

2 Jamaican mangos, chopped |
|
2 tbsp. Jamaican orange liqueur |
|
3 tbsp. sugar |
|
3 tbsp. water |

PREPARATION |
|
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. |
|
2. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until
sugar is dissolved. In food processor or blender, process sugar syrup,
Jamaican mangos and liqueur until smooth. Transfer to covered container and
refrigerate up to 3 days. |

3. Serve over ice cream or sorbet. |
