Ingredients |

3 cups ox tail chopped |
|
½ cup onions minced |
|
½ cup escallion minced |
|
¼ cup garlic minced |
|
1 tbsp soy sauce |
|
¼ tsp salt |
|
¼ tsp black pepper |
|
¼ tsp allspice |
|
½ tbsp thyme leaves |
|
1 cup broad beans |
|
¼ cup vegetable oil |
|
½ cup carrots chopped |
|
|

Preparation |

1.
Season
ox tail with seasoning and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour. |

2.
In a
large frying pan cook broad beans in water until soft, then add soy |
|
sauce,
carrots and oxtail and cook until meat and carrots are tender. |
|
3.
Serve hot. |
