Jamaican Pimento Cheese Dip Recipe |

INGREDIENTS |

2 tbsp. sugar |
|
3 tbsp. vinegar |
|
2 egg yolks |
|
1 tsp. butter |
|
1 cup creamed cheese |
|
1 sm. can chopped Jamaican pimento |
|
1 tsp. chopped Jamaican onion |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Blend sugar, vinegar, egg yolks and butter in a
saucepan. Stir constantly until mixture thickens. |
|
2. In a bowl combine cream cheese, Jamaican
pimento, Jamaican onion and egg mixture. Beat with mixer at medium speed
until smooth. |
|
3. Serve with Jamaican potato chips recipe. |
