INGREDIENTS |

Prepared Jamaican Mango Chutney Recipe I |
|
1 pound of Jamaican pork chops |
|
1 pinch salt |
|
1 pinch black pepper |
|
1 cup Jamaican wine |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the Jamaican pork chops and
cook them in the hot oil. |
|
2. Turn the Jamaican pork chops and continue cooking until done. |
|
3. Take out the Jamaican pork chops and put on a large plate; pour off the
grease from the pan. |
|
4. Deglaze the pan with the Jamaican wine and reduce until half of the
volume. Pour sauce over the Jamaican chops and spread with Jamaican mango
chutney. |
