Jamaican Roasted Chicken And Mango Pasta Recipe |

INGREDIENTS |
|
1½ cups cream |
|
¼ tsp salt and pepper. |
|
1 cup Jamaican mango chunks |
|
1 package elbow noodles |
|
¼ cup chopped Jamaican onions |
|
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves,
roasted and sliced |
|
2 tbsp. butter |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Cook noodles according to package and drain. |
|
2. Simmer cream for 4 minutes. Add chicken,
Jamaican mangos, Jamaican onions and butter. Continue simmering for 2
minutes more. |
|
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over
pasta and serve |
