Jamaican Shrimp and Mango Chutney Recipe |

A blend of Jamaican shrimp and Jamaican mango chutney recipe. |

INGREDIENTS |
|
2 chopped Jamaican onion |
|
˝ stick butter |
|
2˝ tsp. Jamaican curry powder |
|
˝ cup Jamaican Mango Chutney Recipe I |
|
3 cups. shelled, de-veined Jamaican shrimp cooked |
|
1 finely chopped hard-cooked egg |
|
3 tbsp. minced Jamaican parsley |

PREPARATION |
|
1. Sauté Jamaican onion in butter until golden. Stir in Jamaican curry
powder and chutney, mix well. Add Jamaican shrimp, tossing until well coated
with sauce and heated through. Do not allow to boil. |

2. Set in large dish and sprinkle with egg and parsley. |
