Jamaican Sweet Potato and Jamaican Pork Casserole Recipe |

This is a tasty Jamaican recipe as Jamaicans love pork. |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
6 lean Jamaican pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick |
|
Jamaican salt and pepper |
|
3 to 4 Jamaican sweet potatoes, uncooked, peeled and cut in half lengthwise |
|
2 medium Jamaican onions, thinly sliced |
|
1 can (6 ounces) orange juice concentrate |
|
1/2 cup brown sugar |
|
A dash Jamaican cinnamon |
|
2 whole Jamaican cloves |

PREPARATION: |
|
Season Jamaican pork chops with salt and pepper and brown lightly in a large
skillet. |
|
Place Jamaican pork chops in a baking dish |
|
Place Jamaican sweet potatoes around pork chops. |
|
Cover with Jamaican onion slices and Jamaican orange juice then sprinkle
with salt. |
|
Stud the Jamaican pork with the Jamaican cloves and sprinkle with the
Jamaican cinnamon. |
|
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes, until Jamaican pork chops and
Jamaican sweet potatoes are tender. |
