This is another popular Jamaican sweet potato recipe. |

INGREDIENTS: |

3 cups Jamaican biscuit mix |
|
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
|
2 cups Jamaican sweet potatoes, mashed |
|
1 pound Jamaican sausage |
| |
|
PREPARATION: |
|
Combine all ingredients well. |
|
Shape into balls and place on greased baking sheet with sides. |
|
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, until brown |
