INGREDIENTS |

6 tbsps garlic minced |
|
6 tbsps dried minced onion |
|
2 tbsps allspice |
|
1 tbsp minced escallion |
|
2 tbsps paprika |
|
2 tbsps brown sugar |
|
4½ tsps minced fresh thyme |
|
4½ tsps cinnamon |
|
1½ tsp nutmeg |
|
½ tsp chopped scotch bonnet pepper |
|
zest of 2 lemons |
|

PREPARATION |

1.
Combine
all ingredients in a bowl and blend in a blender. |

2.
Remove
and place in a plastic container and refrigerate. |
