Jerk Chicken Pasta

A great seasoning used to put on meats to be jerked.

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp onion flakes

1 tbsp onion powder

2 tsp ground thyme

2 tsp salt

1 tsp allspice (pimento)

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp pepper

2 stalks escallions

PREPARATION

Mix together all the ingredients. And store tightly in a closed glass jar
