Jamaican Cake Recipe
 
Ingredients 
¼ cup sugar
1½ cup cracker crumbs
½ cup butter melted
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup Jamaican fruits
½ cup creamed cheese
2 cups milk
¼ pack instant lemon pudding
 
Preparation
1.      Mix sugar; crumbs, and butter.
2.      Bake as for crumb crust.
3.      Mix cream cheese until smooth.
4.      Gradually blend in ½ cup milk until smooth and creamy.
5.      Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
6.      Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute.
7.      Do not overbeat.
8.      Pour into cooled crust and chill
