Ingredients |

¼ cup sugar |
|
1½ cup cracker crumbs |
|
½ cup butter melted |
|
1 cup mixed nuts |
|
1 cup Jamaican fruits |
|
½ cup creamed cheese |
|
2 cups milk |
|
¼ pack instant lemon pudding |

Preparation |

1.
Mix
sugar; crumbs, and butter. |

2.
Bake as
for crumb crust. |
|
3.
Mix
cream cheese until smooth. |
|
4.
Gradually blend in ½ cup milk until smooth and creamy. |
|
5.
Add
remaining milk and pudding mix. |
|
6.
Beat
slowly with egg beater for 1 minute. |
|
7.
Do not
overbeat. |
|
8.
Pour into cooled crust and chill |
