Jamaican Shrimp Recipe |

A special Jerk recipe that was formulated using
our in-house Jerk seasoning, watch out, this ones spicy. |

Ingredients |
|
12 jumbo shrimps still in shell |
|
½ cup Jamaican Jerk seasoning |
|
1 cup June Plum Sauce |
|
2 tbsp lime juice |

|
Preparation |
|
1. Wash shrimps in lime and water. |
|
2. Pierce each one carefully several times with a
large needle or very small skewer. |
|
3. Cover in jerk seasoning. Place in refrigerator
overnight. |
|
4. Place shrimp on grill and baste with Plum Sauce
until cooked. |
|
5. Serve hot. |
