Jamaican Shrimp Recipe
A special Jerk recipe that was formulated using our in-house Jerk seasoning, watch out, this ones spicy.
12 jumbo shrimps still in shell
cup Jamaican Jerk seasoning
1 cup June Plum Sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1. Wash shrimps in lime and water.
2. Pierce each one carefully several times with a large needle or very small skewer.
3. Cover in jerk seasoning. Place in refrigerator overnight.
4. Place shrimp on grill and baste with Plum Sauce until cooked.
5. Serve hot.
