INGREDIENTS |
|
2 cups flour |
|
½ tsp baking powder |
|
¼ cup vegetable oil |
|
3 eggs |
|
¾ cup sugar |
|
½ tsp vanilla extract |
|
1 cup sesame seed |
|
|

PREPARTATION |
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, sift together
flour and baking powder. |
|
Make a well in centre. Pour oil into well and stir to blend. |
|
In mixer bowl, combine 2 of the eggs, sugar and extract. |
|
With electric mixer, beat at high speed until mixture is thick
and pale. |
|
Add egg mixture to flour mixture, beating until thick and
well-blended. |
|
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. In small bowl, lightly beat
remaining egg. |
|
Spread sesame seed in plate or shallow pan. |
|
Dip each cookie into egg to coat lightly, then roll in sesame
seed to |
|
coat completely. |
|
Place cookies about 1 1/2 inches apart on lightly greased baking
sheets. |
|
Bake until cookies are lightly browned. |
|
Cool on wire racks. |
