Jamaican Special Icing Cake Recipe

JAMAICAN SPECIAL ICING CAKE

A great Jamaican icing recipe perfect for all occasions.

INGREDIENTS

2 egg whites

1 tbsp. lime juice

½ cup icing sugar

½ tsp flour

PREPARATION

Whip egg whites with icing sugar.

Place in a cake mix or blender for 8-10 minutes at 2nd speed.

Add remaining ingredients and beat for 5 minutes at 2nd speed.

Divide ingredients by one-third to make fewer cakes.
