Jamaican Strawberry Hill Cake Recipe

STRAWBERRY HILL CHEESECAKE

Another great Jamaican recipe from Strawberry Hill.

This is a great Jamaican cheesecake recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1½  cup Jamaican chocolate cookie crumbs

¼ cup butter melted

½ cup leftover Jamaican coffee cake

1 cup cream cheese

¾ cup sugar

1½ tsp vanilla

3 eggs

2 cup sour cream

PREPARATION

Mix cookie crumbs and butter and press into the bottom of a spring form pan.

Crush coffee cake and mix with cream cheese and sugar until combined.

Add vanilla and eggs then beat in sour cream and pour over prepared crust.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees, and then turn off oven and let cool

in oven for 45 minutes.

Cool cake completely before serving
