Westmoreland Sauce

Ingredients

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp Jamaican hot sauce

1 tbsp Jamaican guava jelly

2 tbsp granulated sugar

3 tbsp Jamguy Ketchup

3 tbsp cane vinegar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Cool and

chill.
