24 large raw shrimp de-veined
cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
3 cups shredded Jamaican coconut
1. Dredge shrimp in flour, then eggs. Roll the shrimp in the shredded Jamaican coconut, covering well.
2. Deep fry shrimp at 375 degrees until they are golden. Serve with Jamaican cocktail sauce to which you have added crushed Jamaican pineapple
